Eating clean, Whole Foods, vitamins, supplements, collagen, protein and plenty of water can jumpstart your process! Refined sugar, dairy, and gluten can be aggravators to the Gut. What can you do to Incorporate more healing foods in your diet? Eating clean foods and incorporating healthy nutrients in your daily diet can heal, balance, aide in digestion, and produce longevity.

Example: What can I do to help negative food cravings and overindulgence of sweets?

Healthy Choice: Today I will clean out my pantry and refrigerator to start fresh! I can replace processed and sugary foods with Whole Foods that I like. To satisfy my sweet tooth I can switch to coconut sugar, raw local honey, and keep a bar of 70% dark chocolate in my kitchen. I choose to believe I can holistically heal from the inside out: Physically, Mentally, Emotionally, and Spiritually!

Diet Tip: Warm water, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and a dash of cinnamon in the morning can be a great cleanser and help with ph balance of the body system.
