A supernatural space and parameter in which Divine appointments and the miraculous are taking place. A unique and unusual area in which unexplainable and mysterious Godly exchanges are occurring. An extraordinary place of anointed assignment reaching into places that seem humanly impossible. This is when its made known that humanity is only the willing vessel who answered YES to the Missionary Call.  It is where a cross-exchange happens when Heaven meets Earth, in which darkness hits light and is instantly intertwined with a powerful  life-changing force.  A GODZONE is where timeless moments are spent within the presence of the Holy Spirit as it is ushered in the midst of  abounding darkness which may appear or seem to be socially, politically, emotionally, and physically incorrect. It is an atmosphere of intense spiritual warfare in that Christ reigns in supreme authority and moves in levels unknown to man. God can and will move in any atmosphere that His spirit is carried into. It does not matter where we are standing, when we call on the name of Jesus-He will answer, He will show up and move upon Souls like water…. with an outpouring of liquid love!

The mission of Girlz In The GodZone is to reach, empower, and provide hope and restoration for women in the sex industry and in high risk  environments of human sex trafficking. With efforts of prevention by offering authentic love, faith-based support and community resources.

Dana McCartney-Candillo

Women’s Missions & Outreach Pastor

She’s on a mission. Dana has been the founder and executive director of the survivor-led ministry, Lion’s Beauty Queens, for the last decade. Today, she is the founder of The Girlz in the GodZone Ministry. Since 2013, Tiffany Fellowship Church has partnered with her ministry focused on preventing human trafficking and the exploitation of women. Dana joined the TFC staff in 2021 and is a key leader in our women’s ministry outreach efforts, developing leaders and conferences.

With a Bachelor’s of Science from Graceland University and as a Registered Nurse, Dana served women as an ultrasound nurse at a pregnancy resource center. And now, she’s a fully credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God and a published author. Her passion for Jesus and experience advocating for women fuel her message of the value placed on us by our Creator. Dana’s complete testimony of God’s rescue and redemption is documented in her book, Surrendered Showgirl.

Any chance she gets Dana and her husband of more than 20 years head to the ocean. For her, it’s the best place to take in the majesty of God’s creation – coffee in hand, another of God’s beautiful creations. When she’s not traveling, she’s here in the Midwest with her family and two pups Fabulous D’Louise and Dovey D’Josephina. When you catch her at church, be sure to ask about those names because the stories are awesome.

Statement of Faith

We believe that the Holy Bible is the Infallible Word of God, Truth, and written by Divine Inspiration. We believe that God has revealed Himself to man throughout the Scriptures. The Bible is a book of Divine instruction.

We believe that there is Only One true and living God. He exists and is revealed as One in Three persons, The Holy Trinity being the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

He is Fatherly in character toward all men. He is All-Powerful, All- Knowing, Omnipresent, Omnipotent, and Sovereign.

Jesus Christ is the Eternal Son of God. We believe He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He was crucified, willingly shedding His blood for man’s redemption and for the forgiveness of sins to all who receive the sacrifice and accept Him as personal Lord and Savior. He was crucified, dead, and buried. On the third day He rose from the dead with a glorified body, appeared to His disciples, ascended to heaven, and is now exalted and seated at the right hand of God the Father where He is the One Mediator, bridging reconciliation between God and man-kind. He will return in power, authority and glory to judge the world and to complete His redemptive mission. We believe in the rapture of the church. He now dwells in all believers as the living and ever-present Lord.

The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God (the comforter, the Intercessor, the Strengthener, and Counselor). He guides man to understand truth, and He draws man to the Father. He convicts of sin, of righteousness, and of judgement. He leads and empowers the believer and the church in worship, evangelism, and service.

We believe that man was created and formed in the image of God by a unique act of God Himself. Man was created pure and innocent, with a free choice. By man’s choice, sin entered the human race. Thus, the fall came by choosing to follow the temptation of Satan. The redemption of man comes through receiving Christ as a free gift and believing in one’s heart that Jesus died for sins through shedding of His own blood, and receiving and accepting the free gift of Salvation offered to all – “whosoever will”.

We believe in the new birth as a work of God’s grace whereby believers become new creations in Christ Jesus. It is a change of heart transformed by the Holy Spirit through conviction of sin, to which the sinner responds in repentance toward God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Church is the united Body of Christ in covenant. It consists of all true believers who are associated together by their faith and fellowship of the gospel. The various local churches are smaller entities of the universal body of true believers. The church operates under the Lordship of Jesus Christ, and He raises up Pastors, and Leadership. The Pastors are the shepherds of the individual flocks.

We believe in following the example of Christ in water baptism. It is an act of obedience symbolizing the believer’s faith in a crucified, buried, and risen Savior, and the believer’s death to sin, burial of the old life, and a resurrection to walk in the newness of life in Jesus Christ. We believe in all scriptural gifts and the Baptism of the Holy Spirit.

We believe in the Lord’s Supper as a symbolic act of obedience whereby believers in the Body of Christ remember the death of Christ by partaking of bread and fruit of the vine.

We believe that believers should give a tithe, or a tenth, of their total income to the local Church, Body of Christ of which they are a part.
